Fishery manager Dave Potter landed this huge 25lb 8oz mirror carp with a Matchpro Medium Feeder Combo rod and FD 4000 reel!

The specimen fish was caught at Waveney Valley Lakes in Norfolk, which has a long-standing reputation for quality fish.

Although this rod-and-reel setup was certainly not designed for catching specimen-sized fish, it shows what it has the potential to land with balanced tackle and a good fish playing technique!
