We Have A New Champion!

A new Drennan Knockout Cup Champion has been crowned after two scintillating days sport at Docklow Pools.

Day One saw former champions Gary Miller and Rob Wootton bowing out on Docklow Pools‘ Match Lake, leaving Geoff Vallance and Andy Power still fighting for the coveted trophy.

The first day was a big-weight affair with carp deciding the outcome. Day Two was to be held on Mickey Mouse; a mixed-species lake full of roach, chub, carp and F1s, so it was anyone’s guess what species would dominate and who would be crowned the ultimate champion.
