Ollie’s Bonus Fly-Caught Grafham Bream

The prolific young Oliver Jenkinson with a big Bream caught whilst fly fishing at Grafham Reservoir in Cambridgeshire.

This huge expanse of water covers approx 1550 acres and boasts a circumference of around 10 miles – and is well known for its Trout fishing, plus specimen Pike, Perch and Zander.

Ollie visited the Reservoir this Summer and fished it with a fly rod for the Trout with some success, and using 10lb Drennan Fluorocarbon Fly Leader, was delighted to hook and land the bonus Bream weighing 9lb 2oz!
