Craig Palmer has just spent a nice day on the stick float catching a variety of species from a local stream.

The Ilkeston-based angler trotted a Drennan 1.25g Alloy Stick down the narrow river and used a size 16 Wide Gape hook to present double maggot and caster hook baits. The result was a lovely bag of fish, including quality roach, a few chunky perch and a lone chublet. A lovely session to christen his new centrepin reel!
