Lee Snow 17lb 3oz Bream

On a trip to a large southern pit, Leicester angler Lee Snow landed his fifth different bream over 17lb when he slipped this specimen of 17lb 3oz into the net.

He targeted the side of a bar 90 yards out where he found a silty area in 15ft of water.
Baiting wise, he didn’t introduce much feed, offering a few handfuls of hemp, corn, pellets and casters. Fishing a fake corn hookbait on a size 10 hook, he had just one bite that session but didn’t mind when it was from such a large fish. The water is the third different one he’s had a bream over the 17lb mark from.

Well done Lee!
