Thank you to James Brookes from Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire for sending us this photo of a 5lb 7oz specimen Chub caught from the River Dane in Cheshire recently.

James tells us this is a massive fish for the river, which he was delighted to catch during the Christmas break. He used a Series 7 Specialist Avon Quiver 12ft 1½lb rod to quivertip a piece of bread flake.
