The Drennan Knockout Cup Final kicks off at Docklow Pools tomorrow!

This unique event run by Match Fishing magazine is a true test of all-round ability, with heats on diverse venues such as the Grand Union Canal, Lake John, Heronbrook Fishery and the River Trent. The prestigious competition started off with over 150 anglers from all over the country and has now whittled down to just four very talented finalists.

This year promises to be a great battle with a quartet of relatively young, up and coming anglers. Matt Derry, Pete Goodman, Tyrone Hull and Tom Scholey have each done exceptionally well and fended off some top-notch competition to make it this far – but only one of them can ultimately take home the £5,000 winners’ cheque and be crowned the 2015 Drennan Knockout Cup Champion!

The two-day Grand Final is at Docklow Pools near Leominster, Hereford, on Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th October. Fishing is from 10am to 3pm each day. Spectators are more than welcome.
