Sussex angler Gareth Evans recently caught this tremendous Silver Bream, which has potentially broken the British record and also won him a weekly Drennan Cup award in Angling Times!  The fish weighed in at 3lb 5½oz and came from a Sussex lake.  Gareth fooled the fish with the aid of a legered 8mm Sonubaits Hali-Hooker pellet, presented on a size 16 Drennan Specimen Barbless hook on 4lb line, after being ‘pestered’ by unwelcome carp!
