It was caught alongside another of 4lb 2oz, plus a few threes, over an exceptional couple of days lure fishing. Targeting a Nottinghamshire gravel pit, Eddie fished small shads on light gear, which he worked along the marginal shelf. The biggest of his fish was caught after finishing work one morning, with it giving a great scrap before hitting the bank.
