A recent evening session on a local pit produced this immaculate double-figure bream for Jamie Cartwright.

Jamie’s favourite bream rig consists of a 3oz distance lead which is attached using a standard lead clip arrangement, a length of tubing above to keep everything pinned down and a 25cm ESP 15lb Two-Tone Coated Braid hooklink with a size 8 Curve Shank hook tied using a knotless knot with a critically balanced stack of ESP Buoyant Corn.

To complete the rig before casting, Jamie likes to add a small PVA stick full of crushed boilies for added attraction and to help prevent tangles when casting.
