The River Trent has been in blistering form all season, and it certainly showed no signs of slowing up for Aydon Marshall, who landed this 19lb 6oz barbel alongside six other doubles.
Fishing for two nights, the Selby angler had a screaming take on his upstream rod on the second night of the session. Having already landed three doubles, he knew this fish was something extra special after taking 30 yards of line.
