Thanks to Andrew Hawksley, who works at Garry Evans Fishing Tackle in Cardiff, for this super picture of a massive 14lb summer Barbel from the River Taff in Wales.

Andrew used a Fox FX Barbel rod to present a 2.5oz Heavy Blockend feeder on 10lb line, with a short, 2inch Flurocarbon hooklink and a size 14 Drennan Super Specialist Barbel hook.  Bait and feed was the classic Hemp and Caster!
