Adam fished the River Great Ouse system for this magnificient 3lb 11oz fish – we love the seasonal background in the picture; with a mix of bare branches and dead leaves on the ground.
Simple running leger tactics with Lobworm tipped with red maggot on a size 6 Super Specialist hook and a long 2ft Fluorocarbon hooklink fished in the right area was enough to fool the specimen.
